Choose between one, two, or three bedroom apartment that range in size from 500 to 1,100 square feet. Each has dark, hardwood floors and a small kitchenette area. Lease prices range between $700 and $1050 per month with all utilities included. Check out the many amenities that are included as well.

In a separate wing, Five Fifteen offers Office Space for lease from 300 sq. ft, to multiple rooms, or you can rent a whole wing. Each office includes a kitchenette and many have private bathrooms and some even include a shower. Free access to the fitness room is available for all office tenants as well as free access to the large conference room.

"Hotel style" living starts when you walk in the door at Five Fifteen. You are welcomed by a complete coffee bar and open foyer. Tenants can order more coffee from the coffee bar and it can be delivered room-service style. The foyer is designed to be a place to relax and visit with friends. Beyond the foyer, down the tiled hallway is the fitness room. This is one of the many amenities available to office and live-in tenants. The fitness area has large floor-to-ceiling windows that back up to a wooded area. It is complete with treadmills, elliptical bikes and weights.

Coming Soon - Salon and Spa
Need a place to relax and feel refreshed. A few rooms directly off the foyer will soon be completed as a salon and a spa.
